1. Notice of Infringement

ArynCloud respects the intellectual property rights of others. This policy is established to respond to written notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any material on our networks infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may file a formal notification.

2. Take-down Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA take-down notice, ArynCloud will investigate and potentially disable or suspend the targeted content routing. We will notify the affected subscriber of the notice provided to us.

3. Repeat Infringers

To maintain a healthy digital ecosystem, we adhere to a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts found to consistently host copyright-infringing content multiple times will be irrevocably terminated without any right to refund.
