Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ArynCloud's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

ArynCloud reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Security & Acceptable Use (AUP)

You are strictly responsible for the security of your account and the traffic routing through your instances. Any illegal acts, including but not limited to hosting malicious software, conducting DDoS attacks, or sending outbound SPAM is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): We do not allow any activity that interferes with the performance of our network or other customers' services. Violations will result in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Our "Unmetered" and "Unlimited" labels are subject to our Fair Usage Policy. This ensures that a tiny minority of users do not negatively impact the service quality for others.

  • CPU/RAM: Continuous 100% usage over long periods is not allowed unless on dedicated hardware tiers.
  • Bandwidth: Extremely high sustained bandwidth usage that degrades the network node will be throttled.
  • I/O: Constant heavy disk I/O should be avoided to prevent performance lag for other users.

4. Billing & Auto-Payments

Services are provided on a pre-paid basis. Failure to pay within the specified grace period will result in automated suspension.

Auto-Payments: By providing your payment method (PayPal, Cards, etc.), you authorize ArynCloud to automatically charge your account for recurring service fees until cancellation is requested.

5. Backup Responsibility

While we offer automated backup tools, the ultimate responsibility for data safety lies with the end-user. We highly recommend keeping multiple off-site backups of your critical data.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India for any dispute resolution.
