Refund Policy

1. 24-Hour Refund Window
At ArynCloud, we stand by the quality of our infrastructure. However, if you experience major service issues, we provide a **strict 24-hour refund window** from the exact time of order activation on eligible services.
Refund requests made after the 24-hour period will be denied. We encourage you to test your service as soon as it is provisioned.
2. Excluded Services
The following services are explicitly **excluded** from any refund possibility:
- Domain Registrations or Transfers (Non-reversible)
- Dedicated Servers (Custom Bare Metal setups)
- Setup Fees and Software Licenses
- Renewal invoices for any active service
- Crytpo Currency payments (due to processing volatility)
3. Payment Methods (PayPal/Auto-Pay)
We accept major Credit Cards, PayPal, and UPI. If you are using **PayPal Auto-Pay**, you are responsible for managing your subscriptions in your PayPal dashboard.
Refunds for auto-payments that were not cancelled beforehand will not be processed.
4. Service Abuse & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against ArynCloud will result in immediate, **permanent account termination**.
Any balance applied to the account during disputes are non-refundable. Please open a supportive ticket at [billing.aryncloud.in](https://billing.aryncloud.in/) before resorting to disputes.
5. How to Request
To request a refund within the 24-hour window, please open a Billing Ticket in our portal. Provide your order ID and the reason for the refund request.
Our billing team will review and process valid requests within 3-5 business days.
